A New Chapter for Activated Wellness

Activated Wellness is stepping into an exciting new chapter.

Over the past several months, I’ve been working behind the scenes to upgrade our systems, expand our offerings, and create a more seamless experience for everyone both inside and outside of the studio. My goal has always been to continue evolving so I can support your strength, health, and overall wellness in the best way possible.

The New Activated Wellness App

In the coming weeks, clients will begin receiving new login credentials for the updated Activated Wellness app. This new platform will allow you to easily book classes, manage sessions, and access additional wellness resources all in one place.

The new app will also introduce several exciting features designed to support your fitness journey beyond the studio, including:

• Do-It-Yourself workout programs

• On-demand workouts you can follow anytime

• An Activated Wellness community page where we’ll be sharing meals, workouts, and updates

• Online coaching options for those who want additional structure, accountability, and guidance

My intention with this new platform is to create a space where you can stay connected to your wellness routine whether you are training with me in person or from home.

A New Structure for Training Sessions

As part of this transition, our small group fitness sessions will evolve into Semi-Private Training.

Semi-private training allows for a more personalized coaching experience while maintaining the energy and community of a small group environment. Each session will be limited to four participants, allowing me to better support each individual’s goals, movement patterns, and progress.

Before returning to the studio this summer, clients will also be asked to complete a short intake form outlining goals, injuries, and relevant health information so that training sessions can be tailored appropriately.

Updated Session Pricing

With the transition to the new platform, the following pricing structure will apply.

Semi-Private Training (Maximum 4 people)

$75 — Single Session
$700 — 10 Pack ($70/session)
$1300 — 20 Pack ($65/session)

Private Personal Training

$185 — Single Session
$900 — 5 Pack ($180/session)
$1750 — 10 Pack ($175/session)
$3400 — 20 Pack ($170/session)

Massage Therapy

60 Minute
$225 — Single Session
$660 — 3 Pack ($220/session)
$1075 — 5 Pack ($215/session)

90 Minute
$295 — Single Session
$870 — 3 Pack ($290/session)
$1425 — 5 Pack ($285/session)

Important Booking System Update

The current Activated Wellness booking app will no longer function after March 16, as we transition away from the GloFox system and move fully into the new platform.

The current pricing will be available through March 16, which will also be the final day to purchase packages through the existing system.

If you would like to purchase session packages at the current pricing, you are welcome to do so before that date. Any packages purchased now will be transferred directly into your new account once the new platform goes live. Please note that all standard expiration policies will still apply.

This transition represents a meaningful step forward for Activated Wellness. By combining in-studio training, online programming, and community support, the goal is to create a more complete wellness experience that supports you wherever you are in your journey.
